North Highlands is located in Northern Sacramento, where Interstate and Business
80 intersect. The community is defined primarily as the home of the McClellan Air
Force Base, which was at one time the largest employer in Sacramento. The base has
been transformed today into a unique corporate business park, complete with a
master planned community and Aerospace Museum.

There are a variety of neighborhoods and developments within North Highlands.

first time buyers. Most neighborhoods have sidewalks and an abundance of trees.
